  1. Won-lost player statistics for table tennis team matches

Classes whose team matches are played as rubbers, as in table tennis, show each player's won-lost record on the Player stats tab, per team or per player.

Read more in Player statistics and player profiles
  2. Team pages get a Player stats tab and squad sorting, and teams without a registration get a team page

A team page has a Player stats tab with the statistics of the team's players, and the squad list can be sorted by name or shirt number. A team that plays without a team registration of its own now has a team page with its matches, schedule and tables.

Read more in Club, team and player pages
  3. Event types can count towards game disqualification and ring their letter

An event type can be set to count towards game disqualification, so two such events disqualify the player, and its letter can be drawn with a ring on the score sheet and in the EMP player list. The protocol registers no further events for a disqualified player.

Read more in Sport-specific protocols and event types
  4. Short bandy has its own protocol rules

Short bandy matches start with 4 players on court, need a captain per team and skip the starter selection.

Read more in Sport-specific protocols and event types
  5. Beach volleyball uses the volleyball protocol rules

Competitions under the beach volleyball sport code get sets, two liberos and up to 20 players in the protocol, the same as volleyball.

Read more in Sport-specific protocols and event types
  6. Referee admins can import referees from an Excel file

Use Import on Referee → Referee Registrations to add referees from an .xlsx file. Referees already registered for the tournament are skipped.

Read more in Referee registration for a tournament
  7. Stuck parts of an App 2.0 page offer a reload

On App 2.0 pages the title and menu show straight away, and a part of the page that has not loaded after 10 seconds shows a Could not load. Tap to try again button.

Read more in The Profixio app on your phone
  8. Match pages and ranking lists in App 2.0

App 2.0 has a full match page, and federations that publish a ranking have a ranking list with a page for each player. A result push for a series match opens the match page.

Read more in The Profixio app on your phone
  9. Beach volleyball ranking pages for Sweden and Norway

The Swedish and Norwegian beach volleyball rankings have their own pages, opened from Beach volleyball ranking in the tournament search, with class and period choice, name search, movement since the previous period and a page per player showing the results that count. The Entry points window on the team list also lists results that do not count, greyed out.

Read more in Ranking points and seeding lists
  10. Table tennis ranking on the federation page

The federation page has a Ranking tab with the table tennis ranking list, where you can choose a run, filter by district, club, para class and age, and open each player's ranking page.

Read more in Ranking points and seeding lists
  11. OCR payment lines are a read-only record

The payment lines in an OCR import are a read-only record of what the bank sent. Register an unmatched payment manually on the right team from the team ledger.

Read more in Matching bank payments with an OCR file
  12. All OCR payments in one list, with correct amounts

List of OCR payments shows the payment lines from all your OCR imports in one list, with search and filters, and each line opens with its full details. Amounts on OCR payment lines show the full amount paid.

Read more in Matching bank payments with an OCR file
  13. New tournaments on your licence are approved straight away again

If you have access to the licence, new tournaments you create on it no longer wait for approval.

Read more in Creating a new tournament
  14. Short bandy has its own protocol rules

Short bandy matches start with 4 players on court, need a captain per team and skip the starter selection.

Read more in Preparing a match in the electronic match protocol
  15. Beach volleyball mode in the tournament list for Sweden

With Sweden and beach volleyball chosen, the tournament list offers the federation's competition periods and Ongoing as quick choices, filters on district, level and class, shows each competition's period, levels and classes on its card, lists approved arrangements whose invitation is still to come, and links to the Beach volleyball ranking.

  16. A player who has reached the foul limit is blocked from further events

Profixio now blocks further events on a player who has reached the personal foul limit, and opens the substitution straight away when that player is on the court.

  17. Lineups stay hidden on the App 2.0 match page until they are due

On the App 2.0 match page, the public sees the lineups from a set number of minutes before kick-off. People who can report the match still see them earlier.

Read more in Reporting a match live
  18. Add facilities and fields by hand from the match list

In the match list, Shortcuts → Edit venue name has a New facility button on the Facility tab and a New venue button on the Track tab, for people with the match-scheduling permission.

Read more in Facilities, fields, accommodation and on-site lists
  19. Contact details on the App 2.0 match page

Read more in Messages, e-mail and SMS to teams and participants
  20. Change match length and periods for several categories at once

In Edit categories, select several categories and use Multi edit to set match length, number of periods or period length for all of them in one go.

Read more in Classes, groups and competition format
  21. Edit a category from the public competition page

People with the categories permission see an Edit category pencil in the competition header on the public competition pages. It opens the category editor without leaving the page.

Read more in Classes, groups and competition format
  22. Add facilities and courts from the match list

September 2026

  1. One sign-in page for the whole system

The sign-in form on the legacy pages has been removed. Every sign-in link now leads to the same page, /login, and the old addresses redirect there.

At the same time, password checking was unified across the modern and legacy parts of Profixio. Existing passwords keep working everywhere, so nobody needs to reset a password because of this change.

Read more in Accounts and signing in
  2. Each sport can have its own words for scores and periods

What a score is called and what a period is called can now be set per sport. Match pages, protocols and reports then use the right words for that sport instead of a generic one.

The wording is part of the sport itself, so it applies to every federation that runs that sport.

July 2026

  1. A tournament map with facilities, fields and lodging

Every tournament now has a single map showing match facilities, their fields and the schools used for lodging and check-in. Organisers place pins by clicking the map or dragging them, protected by an Edit map toggle so pins cannot be moved by accident, and visitors get Open page and Get directions on every pin. Fields can carry their own pin when they sit apart from the main building.

Read more in Facilities, fields, accommodation and on-site lists
  2. Match calendar feeds carry map coordinates

Matches subscribed to as a calendar feed now include the venue's coordinates, so the phone's calendar can open the location directly in a map app.

  1. Favourite a team without signing in

Starring a team, player or competition no longer requires an account. Favourites made as a visitor are kept in that browser, drive the My matches list straight away, and are moved into your account if you sign in or register later.

  1. Seeding numbers are shown in the group team lists

When a class has been seeded, each team's seeding number is now shown as "#1", "#2" and so on after the team name in the team list under each group, and the list is sorted by seeding order with unseeded teams following in alphabetical order.

Tournaments without seeding are unchanged — those team lists are still sorted alphabetically.

Read more in Ranking points and seeding lists
  2. Tournament cards show status and match count

Cards in the tournament list now carry up to three chips: whether registration is open, closed or the competition is cancelled; whether it is ongoing or finished; and how many matches have been published. Competitions without a published match programme show no match count.

Read more in Searching and finding what you are looking for
  3. Appointed referees are shown on federation match cards

Matches listed on a federation's page now show the appointed referees, for divisions where the federation publishes referee names and where the appointment has been published to the referee.
