The team roster (name list)

How players and leaders are put on a team: the two different roster systems Profixio uses, adding one player or many, people from another club or another country, leader roles, shirt numbers, roster limits and the player deadline, chasing missing names, and who is allowed to edit.

Playing rights: is this player allowed to play?

How Profixio decides whether a person may be put on a team roster and into a match squad — licence, transfer, playing rights, club affiliation, age and class rules — where each check happens, and whether it warns, hides the player or blocks outright. The answer differs a lot between federations.

Players registering themselves and being approved

How somebody outside the organiser's office gets players onto a team with the team's player registration link, and how the organiser reviews the two registrations that need a decision — an over-age player and a guest player. Also what a player account is and what a player sees when they sign in.

Finding and creating a person

How people get into a federation's person register: searching before you create, fetching people from the Norwegian sports register, creating a person by hand, who may see personal numbers, and how duplicates, corrections and deletion requests are handled.

Player statistics and player profiles

Where a player's goals, cards and appearances come from, how the goals and expulsions lists are produced for a class, what the public player profile shows, and why a competition can end up with no statistics at all.
