The referee's own pages

What a referee sees and does when signed in: assignments in series play, accepting or declining a nomination, handing a match back through Buy & Sell, unavailable periods in the calendar, the personal calendar subscription, and the referee's own page inside a single tournament.

Referee registration for a tournament

How referees sign up for a single tournament, and how the organiser opens, closes and configures that sign-up form from the Referee settings page. Covers why the registration link may not appear.

Referee setup: assigning, publishing and restoring referees on matches

How tournament and league administrators assign referees to matches, publish those assignments to the referees, and roll back a change through undo or the referee setup history. Covers the referee view of the match list and its bulk actions.

Appointing referees across a series

The federation's referee console for series play: filtering matches across districts and seasons, finding referees with groups and fixed pairs, putting them in the match slots, and publishing those appointments as nominations, acceptances or Buy & Sell offers.

Submitting a referee expense claim

How a referee files a claim for one tournament — match fees, driving, travel, accommodation and other costs with receipts — how the total is worked out, what happens after it is sent, and how an organiser switches expense claims on and sets the rates.

Referee costs: fees, claims and paying the referees

The organiser's side of referee economy for a tournament: setting the match fee for each class and referee role, seeing what each referee is owed, reviewing expense claims, marking referees as paid, and producing the bill, the export or the message to the accounting system.

The referee register, roles and referee types

How a federation maintains its list of referees — levels, sports, districts and contact details — where those referees come from, and how the official slots on a match and the referee types used by tournaments are configured.
