  1. News from federations and districts

Federations and districts can publish news on their pages in the Profixio app. Articles are shown on the front page, under a new News tab and on the competition pages you choose, with categories, images, documents, standings and match lists. Articles can be scheduled or featured, and news from an existing website can be imported from its RSS feed. Readers can search and filter the news list and follow it by RSS.

Read more in News from federations and districts

Read more in Messages, e-mail and SMS to teams and participants
  3. Pick players for each play day

Read more in The team roster (name list)
  4. Copy the e-mail addresses of teams you message, and find teams without a participant card

When you send a message to selected teams from the team ledger, the window lists the team administrators' and invoice e-mail addresses once each, with Copy to clipboard and a button that opens your own e-mail program with the addresses as BCC. The team ledger also has the quick search Teams without participant card and can show 100 teams per page.

Beach handball transfers made after 15 February continue after payment like other beach transfers.

Read more in Transferring a player between clubs
  6. Set cost center and project on licence and transfer types

Licence types and transfer types have a cost center and a project, which invoice lines and the Fortnox export use. Copying transfer types to a new period keeps them.

Read more in Licence types, periods and licence invoicing
  7. Search groups and teams on competition pages

Competitions with several levels have Search group or team in the header. The group overview has a search box, and each group expands to a compact standings table.

Read more in The public tournament pages
  8. Generate a match schedule with venues and start times

Prepare schedule > Make matches places a group's matches on venues and start times up to the Match end time you set, prefilled with the earliest possible end, and replaces the group's matches for that day. The schedule leaves a pause between a team's matches, avoids three matches in a row and matches between teams from the same club, varies opponents and balances home and away. Stop and use best result ends the run early, and matches that cannot be placed wait in the match timeline's Unplaced matches strip.

Read more in Generating and scheduling matches
  9. Plan matches in the new match timeline

Scheduling, referee setup and the public match view use a faster timeline with Unplaced matches, a Minimap, the Categories, Facilities and Days menus, Show group names, Show venues with matches, Show only hidden matches and a help menu with shortcuts. Dragging several selected matches moves them as one block and keeps the gaps, and right-clicking a pool match offers Make match break from here to shift that match and the pool's later matches that day. Changes are checked as you move matches, and the public view hides unplaced matches and hidden results.

Read more in Generating and scheduling matches
  10. Plan match days and e-mail team leaders in Scheduling - simple

In Scheduling - simple, each match-day summary has a date and a start time, and Split in two splits a saved summary into two groups; a team plays in one group per day. Matches are generated also when teams play more than one series, with a Match pause (min) column and no team or court clashes. Step 2 shows a compact team and match-day matrix, and Send e-mail sends the team leaders you choose a PDF of their match days with a message you can edit; Check PDF file previews it.

  2. One sign-in page for the whole system

At the same time, password checking was unified across the modern and legacy parts of Profixio. Existing passwords keep working everywhere, so nobody needs to reset a password because of this change.

Read more in Accounts and signing in
  3. Each sport can have its own words for scores and periods

What a score is called and what a period is called can now be set per sport. Match pages, protocols and reports then use the right words for that sport instead of a generic one.

The wording is part of the sport itself, so it applies to every federation that runs that sport.
