Setting up a series season

How a federation or district builds a season of series play in the league admin: the season itself, the category / division / series structure, copying last season forward, registration pages, match categories and match number codes.

Registering teams in a series

How clubs enter teams into a series season: the two registration screens, team names, contact people, registration questions and levels, deadlines and withdrawal, and how the district or federation reviews, edits, exports and moves those registrations.

Setting times and venues for series matches

How the home club sets date, time and venue for its own series matches inside a scheduling window, what Profixio checks while it does, and how a federation opens, extends and closes that window.

Administering series matches

The League matches page is the federation's and district's working list of every series match in a season: how to read its colours and status column, how the Visibility filter separates matches awaiting scheduling from matches that are really hidden, how scheduling mode lets you correct date, time and venue inline, and which jobs this list deliberately cannot do.

Series tables and standings

How a standings table is calculated and published in Profixio: the criteria that decide the order, the points system behind them, when a table is regenerated, how to publish, hide and export it, and why a table can look wrong or be missing.

Applying to move a series match

How a club applies to move a series match to another date, time or venue after the scheduling window has closed, who decides, what it costs, and what happens to the referees when the move is approved.

Delegate reports and fair play reports

How a delegate files a report on a series match and how referees and secretariats score fair play, who may read each of them, and how a federation browses, filters and exports reports across a season.

Ranking points and seeding lists

How a federation's ranking points are earned, calculated and shown per player and team, how ranking classes, categories and point scales decide what a result is worth, and how a ranking is used to admit and seed teams in a tournament.
