Hi everyone,
The Haugesund tournament is coming up soon, and we are very excited to welcome both Men’s and Women’s teams!
In connection with the tournament, we will also be hosting training camps for:
Both the tournament and the training camps are open, so please help us spread the information to your clubs and players.
The Women have upcoming international matches, and the Student Men may have a European competition coming up next year, so it is especially important that as many players as possible are made aware of these opportunities.
Profixio – Team Registration
Please use the Profixio link to sign up your team.
If you have any questions, or if you would like to discuss how we can make the tournament and camps work as well as possible for everyone, please feel free to contact me directly.
Players Pool
We also have a Players Pool for players who are looking to participate.
Please share the Players Pool information with your clubs and players so that everyone has the opportunity to take part.
Accommodation
We are using the same hotel as last year.
Please have a look at the accommodation options and book directly through the link below:
Food
Food will be available at Maritim, the same as last year, and will be served as a buffet.
Payment will be made directly at the venue.
If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please let me know in advance so we can make sure this is taken care of.
Transport & Sleeping Arrangements
If players need a place to stay but do not want to book a hotel, please contact me. I can check with my club to see if we have any available sleeping spaces.
For players flying into Haugesund, I can also help arrange airport pick-up where possible. We do not have a dedicated bus this year, but we will do our best to help players get to the tournament.
Please Help Us Spread the Word
We would really love to have as many players and teams as possible at Haugesund.
If we want rugby in Norway to continue growing, it is incredibly important that every club helps spread information and opportunities to their players.
We know rugby is going through a challenging period, which makes it even more important that we create opportunities for players to come together, compete, train, and simply enjoy the sport they love.
So please share this information with your clubs, teams and players.
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in Haugesund!
