Finance module where team manager receives payment documents. Payment documents include both participation fee and services.
Team manager registers team and receives payment document via email which must be paid via online bank. Without KID all payments must be followed up manually. KID can possibly be included with your own OCR-agreement.

Complete finance module where payment can be made by card and/or payment document with KID. Payment fee applies for both participation fee and services.
NOTE: When paying from abroad a fee may apply depending on bank. DNB for example has a 50 NOK fee!
Team manager registers a team and gets the option to pay by card, or download payment document. In the price example half the group paid by card, the rest by online bank.
NOTE: Service fee 22 SEK is added if paying via online bank.
Yes absolutely! Profixio TXO has its own system for league play, typically winter seasons, where team managers themselves fill in date, time, field and possibly result for matches. The organiser publishes the match schedule (i.e. without date/field), and team managers get a separate link to a web site to input data. Any tables and playoffs update automatically once results are entered. Match cards can be printed by each team manager if desired.
Registration of teams in classes. You can differentiate prices depending on club and/or which services are ordered.
You can offer services such as participant passes, T-shirts etc. Here there is possibility for quantity limitation.
The price for services can differ depending on time of order and/or club.
As payment method you can choose to offer email invoice and/or card/Vipps.

When the event is done a simple accounting voucher is printed from Profixio which is added to the bookkeeping.
There are several options here. Much depends on what you as organiser prefer; pay a little extra and save time… or the opposite.

You get access to your own website with simple editing. Post news, rules etc here. This website can be copied to the next year’s tournament.

Profixio CUP includes perhaps the world’s best solution for automated match schedule. The mathematical engine underlying it was developed by SINTEF.
You set parameters such as match lengths, time constraints etc. The mathematical engine then places matches on field and time according to the stated parameters.
You work graphically with the match schedule for maximum overview of your arenas and matches.
Yes, you’ll find such a page under the menu “Match schedule” – “Schedule calculator”.
There are several options to guarantee even matches. The important thing is that team managers themselves assess what level their teams are at, and choose this during registration.
Group division is then made based on level.
You can also create a playoff based on group results. For the youngest classes ranking is not allowed. Therefore placement is hidden from anyone other than the organiser.
You can further use variants of the “Monrad-system”, which means the next match depends on the result of the previous match.
